Hi, Starting sometime last fall I started having problems with my Eudora client being able download email. After multiple upgrades, reviews of their FAQ info and attempts to change the configs in Eudora I still get the timeouts (I've increased the time from 30 to 120 seconds). The error received is either 'Connection to server mail.hughes.net timed out' or it gets to the point of knowing how many it needs to download but times out on the first one. About 2 weeks ago I fired up my email again to make another run at solving it and things actually worked fine for about a week (both from home thru hughes.net as well as via other ISP locations) but last week the timeouts returned though I made no changes to the system. At home I use the HN7000S and I'm running Eudora 8.0.0b4 on my WinXP SP2 laptop. Any ideas on how to make it work?
